2025, what a doozy!

January 14, 2026

Last year was incredibly memorable, and I’m surprised how quickly it passed me by.

I began the year a little late by shooting what in my mind was a gigantic frat party on St. Paddy’s day, and ended it by saying goodbye to one of the most important racing circuits in the North East.

Italy could be seen as, and probably was the natural highlight to this incredible year. My journey into the Europe was a completely new experience, and being able to capture the rolling hills of Italy’s Emiglia-Romagna region in spring with my own camera was nothing short of incredible.

It was, altogether, the trip of a lifetime. I finally met some friends in person, with the soundtrack of V12s to boot, realizing why Italy truly is God’s racetrack.

Summer was a flurry of activity. I was the official photographer of Greensburg, PA’s SummerSounds concert series in 2025. It is remarkable how many signed and full-time artists are attracted to, and play this series.

Next came the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. With my media credential and multiple lenses Canon lent me (not sure why they trusted me with gear) in hand, it was a fun weekend of amazing cars and even better people.

Fall was so unexpectedly busy, I could have put thousands of images in these last couple places. But alas, I kept it to only two. Sweet and Savory.

Sweet: This view of Stowe, Vermont is one of the most iconic views of Fall. The Hard Ciders and Syrups also never fail to disappoint.

Savory: PittRace’s closure at the end of year was unfortunately a sour taste to leave with after an otherwise remarkable year. The impression that will be left by this place is unfortunately something that will never be replicated again, though I could be (and I hope that I am) wrong.

Regardless of where you fell in 2025, thanks for being part of my journal, even if it was in the smallest way possible. Here’s to 2026!
